After researching the industry at a Writing Lab Conference, Amanda redesigned the client experience for the University's Writing Lab. The work included tutor training, redesigning tutoring materials and creating a logo. She researched and designed a tutoring database to track lab clients, with the goal to increase clientele through new users and retaining existing ones.
